How to submit employee paid premiums to SunLife under the Health Care Spending Account
Step 1: Log in to your account www.sunlife.ca and select "Benefits
Step 2: Select "Submit a claim"

Step 3: Select "Health Spending Account e-claim"

Step 4: Select " Continue"

Step 5: Select "I agree"

Step 6: Select claimant member and select "continue"

Step 7: Select "Health and Dental Premiums" under type of expense. These can be done after each pay period or anytime throughout the plan year. The date used for "Date Paid in Full" can be the date the claim is submitted.

Step 8: Select "Submit" . It is important for employees to keep their pay stubs in case proof is required by Sun Life as per the certification and authorization that is agreed upon when submitting the claim.
